Unscented Goat Milk soap is made with no added essential oils, fragrances, or color. It is just pure good soap. This is excellent for people who are very sensitive to fragrances/essential oils. It is also a great intro into goat milk soap and safe for young children.
Our soaps are made by the cold process method. This involves freezing freshly milked goat milk into small cubes and then mixing it with sodium hydroxide (lye). You then combine a variety of oils (we use Olive oil, coconut oil, Sunflower oil, sweet almond oil and castor oil) together and then mixing the two mixes together. We then add sodium lactate (a type of salt) to help the bars stay more firm.
The soap is then poured into molds, set for 1-2 days, then removed and cut into bars where they are then cured for 4-6 weeks before being labeled and ready for sale.
